As part of our Authorised Person operations, we may share the following user data with Choice Equity Broking Pvt Ltd solely for the purpose of account opening and regulatory compliance:

  • Name, mobile number, and email address for account creation
  • KYC-related details when submitted through broker-linked processes
  • Any data required by NSE/SEBI regulations for AP compliance

Such sharing is governed by the AP agreement with Choice Equity Broking and applicable SEBI regulations. We do not share your data with any other third party without explicit consent, except as required by law.

Data shared with our principal broker is subject to their privacy policy and SEBI/NSE data protection frameworks. Please review Choice Equity Broking's Privacy Policy for further details.

Google Analytics, Cookies & Advertising

Our platform uses Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with our app and website. This helps us improve features and performance.

  • Google Analytics: Tracks page views, session duration, user geography, and device types
  • Firebase Analytics: Tracks in-app events, screen views, and engagement metrics
  • Cookies: Used on our website to maintain session state, remember preferences, and improve performance
  • Advertising: We do not currently display third-party advertisements. If this changes, this policy will be updated

Google's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You may opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Our cookies are used for functionality and analytics only — not for tracking across websites or behavioral advertising.

Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications to your device. Your FCM token (a unique device identifier) is collected and stored securely to enable this service.

  • Notifications include: market alerts, educational content updates, service announcements, and admin messages
  • We do not use push notifications for third-party promotional advertising
  • You may disable push notifications at any time from your device settings
  • Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to use the app
You can withdraw consent for push notifications at any time through your Android device settings → App Notifications → Innovic Solution → Disable.

  • Primary user data is stored on servers located within India in compliance with Indian data localization principles
  • Firebase and Google Analytics services may process data on servers outside India; Google's Standard Contractual Clauses govern such transfers
  • We employ technical and organizational measures to ensure equivalent data protection regardless of storage location
Our primary database and application servers are hosted in India. We are committed to India-first data infrastructure.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:

  • Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2+; stored data uses AES-256 encryption
  • Access Control: Role-based access controls (RBAC) restrict data access to authorized personnel only
  • Session Security: Sessions use secure, HTTPOnly, SameSite cookies with 30-day rolling expiry
  • Force Logout: Admins can remotely terminate user sessions within 15 seconds for security incidents
  • Activity Logging: All login/logout events and admin actions are logged with timestamps
  • Vulnerability Assessment: Regular security reviews are conducted on our platform
  • Password Security: All passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing — never in plain text

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, Innovic Solution commits to:

  1. Detecting and containing the breach as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours of discovery
  2. Notifying affected users via email or in-app notification within 72 hours of confirmed breach discovery
  3. Providing a clear description of: data affected, likely consequences, and remedial actions taken
  4. Conducting a post-breach security audit and implementing corrective measures

Innovic Solution's services are intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Our platform is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, children under 18 years of age.

  • Registration and account creation require users to confirm they are 18+
  • If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated and all associated data deleted
  • Parents or guardians who believe their child has registered may contact us at [email protected] for immediate data deletion
This platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by minors is prohibited in accordance with SEBI regulations governing securities trading.

Our app and notifications may contain links to third-party websites, broker platforms, or reference articles. Innovic Solution is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.

  • Links to third-party resources are provided for informational convenience only
  • We encourage users to review the privacy policies of any external site they visit
  • Third-party services used by us include: Google Firebase, Google Analytics, and Choice Equity Broking's systems
  • Clicking external links in notifications transfers you to websites outside our control

Refund Policy Reference

Refund requests related to subscription fees or service charges are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Key points:

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable once the service period has commenced
  • Technical billing errors may be eligible for refund upon verification within 7 days of charge

Payment data (card numbers, UPI IDs) is never stored on our servers. All payment processing is handled by SEBI/RBI-compliant payment gateways.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the Innovic Solution platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, notifications, educational material, code, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of Innovic Solution.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any platform content is strictly prohibited
  • Educational content (market insights, commentary, notifications) may not be resold, redistributed, or shared on commercial platforms
  • Screenshots or recordings of proprietary content may not be shared publicly without written consent
  • Violations of intellectual property rights will be pursued under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Copyright Act, 1957

Telegram & WhatsApp Disclaimer

  • Any Telegram/WhatsApp group falsely claiming to represent Innovic Solution is unauthorized and fraudulent
  • We are not responsible for losses arising from content shared on unauthorized channels using our name or branding
  • Official communication channels: App notifications, email, and our website only
  • If you encounter impersonation, report it to us at [email protected]
  • Communications on WhatsApp/Telegram are not covered under our Privacy Policy and are subject to those platforms' terms
Section 18
Account Deletion Request Process

You have the right to request deletion of your Innovic Solution account and associated personal data at any time. The process is as follows:

  1. Send an email to[email protected] with subject: "Account Deletion Request"
  2. Include your registered email address and mobile number for identity verification
  3. Our team will verify your identity within 2 business days
  4. Upon verification, your account will be deactivated immediately and data deletion initiated within 7 working days
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Certain data (transaction records, grievance correspondence) may be retained for up to 5 years as required by SEBI/NSE regulations, even after account deletion.

Account deletion is irreversible. All your activity history, notification preferences, and personal data will be permanently removed (subject to the above legal retention requirements).

User Consent

By registering on Innovic Solution and using our services, you explicitly:

  • Consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy
  • Confirm that you are 18 years of age or older
  • Agree to receive service-related communications via email, SMS, and push notifications
  • Acknowledge that content provided by Innovic Solution is for educational purposes only
  • Agree that all disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of our platform after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under this policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
